This year I am going to participate in the @MentalHealthFoundationNZ Photo Challenge as a way to embrace their Five Ways to Wellbeing. Here's what the Mental Health Foundation NZ has to say about it. "Aligning with the Maramataka (the Māori luna calendar) and reflecting the Five Ways to Wellbeing, this year we want people to share with us how they see nature and how it makes them feel – out of their windows, at work and at home and everywhere in between.” Consider joining me in this event 8–12 October.
